Paul Anderson has been involved in real estate in the Central Texas area since 1994. He spent four years as a Loan Officer and as a Mortgage Broker. During this time he worked for several Mortgage companies before establishing his own independent mortgage company.

Following his desire to be more involved in development and sales of Real Estate, he transitioned into sales for a major national home builder. During this time, he handled all aspects of the home buying process from pre-qualifying prospects, floor plan and site selection, contract origination and delivery of the home.

After five years as a sales agent, he was asked to relocate to Florida to help train and build a sales team for several new divisions of the company. During this time, he worked with the corporate sales training team to establish a new national training curriculum, hiring strategies and established new sales manager's job description with metrics for the company. In addition, he worked with senior management to establish sales goals and delivery goals.

In 2006, he returned to Texas to assume a Director of Sales and Marketing position with a regional builder. This gave him the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the new home building process. In addition to the responsibilities of Sales and Marketing, he also worked closely with senior management on site selection, community development, new floor plan offerings, and amenities.
