Fred Meyers has been in Real Estate for the past 8 years and has already shown it to be his true passion. He started out with Moreland Properties in 2000 and instantly was a $7 million producer. From 2002-2005 while working for Coldwell Banker, Fred did over $26 million in closed transactions and has currently sold over $80 million. He also was recognized as Realtor of the Year 2006 by the Homebuilders Association of Austin at their annual Max Awards ceremony that pays homage to excellence in the real estate and housing industry and ranked #12 out of 10,128 Realtors.

A long time resident of Austin, Fred brings not only a proven track record of success, but knowledge and insight into the many choices our great city offers for any lifestyle. Fred is the proud father of 2 wonderful children. Daughter Lauren graduated from Texas State and is a tri-athlete, she now works for a Public Relations firm in New York City. Chase Meyers, junior at Wentworth Institute of Technology, is majoring in industrial design and is a member of their NCAA Division III basketball team.

Prior to real estate he started out his career with Warner Bros. Records at 22 years of age in the Promotions/Marketing & Sales Department. He had the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in the music business like Fleetwood Mac, Bob Marley, U2, Doobie Bros, Rod Stewart, Prince, ZZ Top, Little Feat, Bonnie Raitt, The Rolling Stones and more.
